During January a number of offences were committed on the one day, suggesting the same offenders have been involved.
Burglary
4/1/2012 Broxbourne Place: Offenders have entered the rear yard & smashed a glass door to gain entry. Property was loaded into the victim’s Holden sedan which was stolen and later located at Nerang
4/1/2012 Broxbourne Place: Offenders have entered the rear yard and climbed through an open window, after removing the flyscreen. A number of small items were stolen.
5/1/2012 Temple Island Circuit: Offenders driving an old white Holden Commodore sedan have gained entry by jemmying the front door & stole a laptop computer.
16/1/2012 Princeton Street: Offenders have gained entry through an open door whilst the victim’s were home. Two wallets and car keys were stolen.
23/1/2012 Oceanis Drive: Offenders have entered the rear yard and jemmied a sliding glass door to gain entry. Two laptop computers, electrical items and jewellery were stolen.
Break and enter premises
9/1/2012 Old Pacific Highway: Offenders have smashed several post office box doors with a sledgehammer. Mail has been opened, apparently looking for cash.
9/1/2012 Old Pacific Highway: Offenders have jemmied a business door and stolen cash and alcohol from the counter area.
9/1/2012 Old Pacific Highway: Offenders have smashed a glass window to a business & stolen stuffed toys from inside.
9/1/2012 Old Pacific Highway: Attempted entry. Offenders have tried to force a roller door at the business, no entry gained.
19/1/2012 Old Pacific Highway: Offenders have jemmied a rear door of the business to gain entry, cash stolen from desk drawers.
21/01/2012 Old Pacific Highway: Solved. Juvenile offenders have forced entry to a storage room & thrown food & drink on roadway.
Steal from motor vehicle
4/1/2012 Rushcutter Avenue: Two male offenders have broken a window in the victim’s Toyota 4x4 wagon before being disturbed by a witness. Offenders ran to the Coomera River boat-ramp where they had a car waiting.
9/1/2012 Global Plaza: Offenders have broken into two vehicles parked at a construction compound and stole tools.
19/1/2012 Pottinger Crescent: The victim’s Holden sedan was parked on the street. The offenders broke the driver’s window to gain entry and search the vehicle.
Wilful damage
9/1/2012 Michigan Drive: Offenders have broken windows at the school with a slingshot or similar.
21/01/2012 Old Pacific Highway: Solved. Juvenile offenders have smashed the front window of two businesses with a piece of concrete.
21/1/2012 Tamborine Oxenford Road: Offenders have sprayed graffiti on shipping containers at the community and youth centre.
