Since the 1st of October we have had three burglaries in the Oxenford NHW area. In each burglary the offender/s has entered the house through a closed but unlocked side door into the garage (2 in Regatta Waters and 1 at Coomera Rivage).
Please make sure all external doors are locked at night. It is also recommended to have a deadlock on the door between the house and garage too, for the extra bit of security.
