A number
of people in Oxenford have reported seeing a person acting
suspiciously in various locations.
The
male is aged in his early to mid 30s, of slim build, tanned and around 5’8”
(172cm). He usually carries or rides a
skateboard.
He has been spotted in Regatta Waters, along Ruth Terrace and in
the staff car park at the rear of Oxenford Woolworths in Cottonwood Plaza. If
you see this individual on your travels – and if you feel safe, make sure you
make eye contact with him and perhaps give him a friendly wave so he knows you
have noticed him.
Please
make a mental note of when and where you saw him. If you have a mobile phone
and again – only if you feel safe in doing so surreptitiously - take a photo of him with your mobile

with a note re: when and where you saw him.
