SEPTEMBER CRIME REPORT OXENFORD GOLD COAST

Once again the number of offences has decreased this month.  All offences have involved forced entry, though a lot of property has been taken from burglaries.
With the weather warming up, keep household security in your mind when your windows are open.

Burglary
2/9/2011         Michigan Drive: The offender has gained entry by removing a flyscreen & jemmying open a window on the house.  A large amount of property has been stolen, probably in a Mitsubishi Lancer sedan, which was also stolen.

7/9/2011         Rushcutter Avenue: The offenders gained entry by removing a flyscreen & climbing through an open window.  A large amount of electrical & computer items stolen from the house as well as valuable handbags etc.  Exit by front door.

15/9/2011      Carnarvon Court: The offender has gained entry through an upper level bathroom window.  Unknown property has been removed from the unit.  The offender has left by the front door.

Steal from motor vehicle
26/9/2011      Rushcutter Avenue: The offender has gained entry to the victim's Chrysler sedan by unknown means.  The offender has stolen clothing in a bag from the vehicle.

26/9/2011      Rushcutter Avenue: The offender has gained entry to the victim's Toyota ute by forcing the 1/4 glass.  The offender has stolen cash, keys and an electronic device from inside the vehicle.

Wilful damage
23/9/2011      Kings Park Court: Suspect has attended and tipped oil on the victim's driveway.
