THURS 16 AUG 3pm
Just received a call from a resident in Georgina Street, Oxenford.
Husband and wife were home when a man walked to the back of the house. Wife was hanging the washing - the man didn't introduce himself - he just asked whether she worked... the lady resident replied 'No' - so he turned around and walked back down their 100m driveway.
The man is described as an Elvis lookalike - olive complexion - late 20s / early 30s. He was wearing a pink t-shirt with a National Breast Cancer motif and wording.
As he left the property, the man crossed paths with the lady's husband - but he didn't greet him nor did he ask for a donation.
The resident has telephoned the National Breast Cancer Foundation - and no - they do not have doorknockers operating at the moment.
It looks very likely that the man was 'casing' the place - please be aware.
The resident has also called Coomera Police Station and given them a report and description regarding this incident.
