REGATTA WATERS - OXENFORD

I received a call this afternoon from a Rushcutter  Avenue Regatta Waters resident who - were it not for a neighbour's intervention - would have lost valuable  tools to thieves on Australia Day.  Unfortunately both his  van and boat were severely damaged in the process.

This resident also told me of another resident on Oceanic Street (also a tradie) whose truck was broken into.
Thieves are therefore  continuing with their 'interest' in Regatta Waters' vehicles and are now also targeting tradies' vehicles for  'tools'.
Acting Sr Sgt Andrew Lake informs me that since 1 January there has been 20 vehicles broken into in the Oxenford NHW area, 16 of those cars were in Regatta Waters.   Until this morning there was 1 burglary in the area and it was... At Regatta Waters.

Please garage your cars if possible - regarding your property...the Coomera District Crime Prevention Unit is available to conduct FREE security audits of your home and/or business.
