On Tuesday 31 March 2009 at approximately 12.10pm, the victim disturbed a male person (as depicted in the below comfit) breaking into his dwelling in Tugun.The male person crash tackled the complainant, punching him repeatedly in the face causing bruising, loose teeth and lacerations.
