CRIME REPORT AUGUST-SEPTEMBER 2016

After a very busy month crime-wise in August, thankfully only three crimes were reported to police in September
Burglary
18/08/2016 Roseapple Circuit: Unknown offender/s has entered the rear yard of the victim's house and then gained entry by jemmying the laundry sliding door. Offender/s have stolen cash from inside the house. Linked offence
18/08/2016 Danielle Street: Unknown offender/s has entered the rear yard of the victim's house and then gained entry by smashing a kitchen window after failing to gain entry by jemmying a door. Cash and jewellery stolen. Linked offence
18/08/2016* Tandanus Court: Unknown offender/s has entered the rear yard of the victim's house and then gained entry by jemmying a glass sliding door. Nil property believed to have been stolen. Linked offence
18/08/2016* Danielle Street: Unknown offender/s has entered the rear yard of the victim's house and then gained entry by jemmying a glass sliding door. Owner is absent, so property loss is unknown. Linked offence
18/08/2016* Brittany Drive: Unknown offender/s has entered the rear yard of the victim's house and then gained entry by smashing a window after failing to gain entry by jemmying a door. Cash and jewellery stolen. Linked offence
Break and enter premises
25/08/2016 Riversdale Road: Unknown offender/s has jemmied open the storage shed roller door of the baseball club. Unknown what property has been stolen.
27/09/2016 Cottonwood Place: Unknown offender/s have gained entry to the business by breaking a glass panel in the front door and tripping the lock.  The business has been searched, but nothing stolen.
Stealing
09/09/2016 Riversdale Road: Unknown offender/s has entered a locked yard and attempted to steal a box trailer.  The trailer has been moved across the yard, before being abandoned.
Theft of motor vehicle
21/08/2016 Michigan Drive: The victim parked and locked his Mitsubishi hatch on Michigan Drive when it had a flat tyre. Unknown offender/s has gained entry by unknown method and taken the vehicle.
Steal from motor vehicle
16/08/2016 Stolle Court: Unknown offender/s has entered the victim's Ford utility cabin by unknown means and conducted a messy search whilst it was parked outside the victim's house.
03/09/2016 Cottonwood Place: Unknown offender/s has removed a backpack containing the victim's wallet, mobile phone and other property from the cabin of his truck whilst making a delivery to a business.
Stealing of vehicle registration plates
10/08/2016 Taroona Circuit: Unknown offender/s has removed both front and rear number plates from the victim's Ford sedan whilst it was parked in the driveway. Plates were located on a stolen car in Marsden.
Wilful damage
16/08/2016 Carnarvon Court: The victim owns a rental unit. The property manager discovered the unit vacant and many walls damaged, paint poured onto the carpet and doors damaged.
