CRIME REPORT FOR AUGUST & SEPTEMBER 2014

This is a combined crime report for the months of August and September.  Thefts from motor vehicles is currently our biggest problem, especially the theft of tools from work vehicles and valuables left in cars.
Burglary
28/08/2014 California Drive: Unknown offender/s has gained entry to the victim's house by breaking open the front door.  Cash, jewellery and alcohol has been stolen.
04/09/2014 Wimbledon Way: Unknown offender/s has gained entry to the victim's house by jemmying a security screen and smashing a glass sliding door.  Jewellery and computers were stolen.
26/09/2014 Otway Place: Unknown offender/s gained entry by removing the office window.  Attempts to break into a filing cabinet.  Nil property stolen.
Break and enter premises
30/08/2014 Cottonwood Place: Unknown offender/s has gained entry to two businesses by forcing a hole in the roof.  The offender/s has exited the business by climbing back into the roof space to the adjoining business.  A cash register containing loose change and hairdressing equipment was stolen.  Exit was by smashing a glass door in the second business.
Theft of motor vehicle
16/08/2014 Global Plaza: Unknown offender/s has stolen the victim's Nissan coupe from the car park of the Bunnings Warehouse.
Steal from motor vehicle
06/08/2014 Broxbourne Place: Unknown offender has attempted to gain entry to the victim's Renault sedan by jemmying the driver’s door lock whilst it was parked in the driveway. 
10/08/2014 Missouri Way: The victim's Isuzu truck was parked in an easement when unknown offender/s gained entry to a tool box and stole tools.
13/08/2014 Brittany Drive: Unknown offender/s has entered an open garage and stolen electrical items from an unlocked Honda wagon inside.
21/08/2014 Davis Cup Court: Unknown offender/s has jemmied the locks on toolboxes on the victim's Ford utility and stolen tools.
24/08/2014 Temple Island Circuit: Unknown offender/ has gained entry to the victim's Mitsubishi sedan by smashing a window & stealing a wallet from inside the car.  This is linked to several other offences across the district.
29/08/2014 Old Pacific Highway: Unknown offender has removed a mobile phone from the centre console of the victim's Holden Commodore whilst it was being repaired.
04/09/2014 Silverash Court: The victim's Toyota van was parked on the roadway outside his house.  Unknown offender/s has gained entry to the van by jemmying a side door and stealing electrical tools.
Wilful damage
06/08/2014 Mendooran Court: Unknown offender has deflated a front tyre and placed a sausage roll in the exhaust of the victim's Suzuki hatch, whilst it was parked outside the victim's house.
