Crime Report for November 2013

During November , 10 offences were reported to police.  In two of the three burglaries, entry was gained by forcing the front door open.  In the third offence, the offender was captured on the victim’s cctv with a stolen car.
The theft of tools from workers utilities has continued, mostly by forcing the standard locks.  If you have a work vehicle, investing in a decent lock may prevent the loss of your tools.
Burglary
25/11/2013 Ontario Court: Offender/s has gained entry by forcing the front door of the house and stole unknown property, linked to offence below.
25/11/2013 Temple Island Circuit: Offender/s has gained entry by forcing the front door of the house and stole electrical items, computers and jewellery, linked to offence above.
29/11/2013 Kentucky Crescent: Unknown offender has attended the address in a stolen silver Toyota Corolla hatch and after attempting to jemmy the front door, gained entry by jemmying a security screen and stole electrical items.
Break and enter premises
24/11/2013 Old Pacific Highway: Offender/s has attempted to gain entry by breaking a glass door, no entry gained, no property stolen.
27/11/2013 Leo Graham Way: Offender/s has attempted to gain entry to the medical centre by breaking a glass door, no entry gained, no property stolen.
Stealing
1/11/2013 California Drive: Unknown offender/s have cut a gate padlock to gain access to the victim’s rear yard and stolen a Quintrex boat and trailer, which was chained to a post.
Steal from motor vehicle
7/11/2013 California Drive: Unknown offender/s has jemmied canopy window locks on a Ford utility and stolen power tools.
18/11/2013 Dorchester Court: Unknown offender/s has jemmied open tool boxes on a Toyota utility and stolen power and hand tools.
Stealing of vehicle registration plates
20/11/2013 Cottonwood Place: The victim’s Mitsubishi 4x4 wagon was parked at the Oxenford Centro shopping centre when both number plates were stolen.
29/11/2013 Old Pacific Highway: The victim’s Ford sedan was parked at the Hungry Jacks restaurant when the rear number plate was stolen.
