Police are seeking witnesses to a fatal crash on the M1 at Oxenford
on Tuesday afternoon that claimed the life of an 82-year-old man.
Around 3.45pm a collision occurred in the southbound lanes of the M1 near exit 57.
As a result of the incident a vehicle rolled fatally injuring the driver.
Anyone who may have seen the incident is urged to contact the Gold Coast District Forensic Crash Unit on (07) 55 147 880 or Crime Stoppers.
