OXENFORD NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH AWARD WINNING MEMBERS

Representatives of Crestridge, Willow Vale and Oxenford Neighbourhood Watch were recognised today at the Fadden  2012 Annual Volunteer Awards.

The office of Stuart Robert MP Federal Member for Fadden organises the awards to recognise those individuals  and community groups  who make a contribution to the Northern Gold Coast Community in the capacity of an unpaid volunteer.

Oxenford Neighbourhood Watch Police Liaison Officer Sgt Andrew Lake is the first uniformed Police Officer ever to receive this award in recognition of the numerous hours he dedicates to Oxenford Neighbourhood Watch as a volunteer - outside of his rostered (paid) hours.

Area Coordinator Dominique Lummus was an award recipient too and also gave the speech as Volunteer Representative.
