Note from a fellow Oxenford resident today:

Today I received a call from a man saying he was
from this bank, and that office of fair trading had made them aware of
overcharges on my account of $40 that they would pay me back with 8%
interest, and somebody would call me tomorrow about it, but he had to
fill in a form now. He then asked for my DOB.
When I said I didn't know
if he was from this bank and didn't think I should tell him, there was a
pause then he hung up. I rang my bank and they said if anyone calls
from there you can ask for the staff members ID code and call them back
on their standard 13... etc number.
Looks like I won't be receiving any
little bonuses, but at least what I have should be safe - REMEMBER:
don't give out personal info unless you're certain who is receiving it
