A Lewis Hamilton (F1 racing driver) look-alike who has been acting
suspiciously and roaming Oxenford for the past several weeks, appears
to still be in the area.
The male, aged in his early to mid 30s, of slim build,
tanned and around 5’8” (172cm), usually carries or rides a skateboard. He is
often bare-chested and has a large distinctive tattoo on his back.

where you saw him and take a pic if you feel safe in doing so – send info/pic
